        If I could give negative stars I would, I've been charged 3 times for one rental. First time I was over charged $353 (Thankfully I was credited back). Few days later I receive an unauthorized charge for $1689 and then another for $1210. I let them know I needed to be credited back weeks ago as I was wrongly charged for someone else's orders and they have made zero effort to let me know what's going on. They say they don't save your credit card info but thats a lie. It's been over a month since I let them know what happened and they have offered zero help in returning funds to my credit card. I would advise everyone to shop elsewhere unless they want to live the nightmare I have by using them. 99% percent of companies out there would've easily seen they've charged my card in error twice instead other party who requested their service and would've credited back my card weeks ago. Its incredible that this company operates the way it does, horrible customer service.
