Falcon made an unintentional typo in the address of the property that was promptly corrected. We apologize for this inconvenience. 2. Falcon proposed multiple window manufacturers for Association’s review and selection. The Association wanted the to include additional manufacturer which we included in the list of approved vendors. 3. Please note that our set of guidelines is not needed for permit application. Its only purpose is to provide guidelines for unit Owners to select windows that are acceptable to the Association and meet all necessary Code requirements. 4. At no point are unit owners required to use our Services for inspections - The inspection services are not required by Falcon. The Association can select any entity (if they choose to do so) to perform inspections and ensure installation of the windows is accordance with the applicable codes, standards, and guidelines. The only entities that can request such inspections would be your Association or the building department – again those inspection could be performed by any approved engineering company not necessarily the Falcon Group.
