They refuse to talk to me over the phone. After nearly 22 years of unemployment and everyone I ever worked with or for are no longer there, all I am asking for is advice. Until they grant me this simple request, this rating will stand.

They suckit was a mission to get anyone on the phone and when I do they say I had charges dropped 5 years ago, two misdemeanors. never convicted..and they say they cant help me, I have a masters and Im extremely proficient on excel..these are Not good people.

Absolute worst employment agency there is. I have called 3 times since last week to try and have a recruiter help me with the positions Im looking for. Every time I called I always verified if the positions are available and each time I got told yes and they would send my information would be sent to a recruiter no recruiter ever contacted me. I called today to follow up and was told the positions dont exist and never existed. My time should not have been wasted and my hopes should have never been brought up, I would have simply looked for a different agency that is capable of helping. The main recruiter then calls and gives nothing but excuses, saying the positions are gone within 60 secs which if that is the case then why didnt a recruiter contact me to help me when it was available? Then blames her front desk personnel for not knowing the info they are giving. If they dont know its because you guys probably have not trained them correct. I had a whole week worth of my time wasted. Literally any other agency is better. I got connected with express employments and they got me an interview within a five minute phone call.
