Company either incompetent or just crooks their error if it was an error caused me to pay more for purchase because they didn't know how to work postage meter wonder if was done on purpose

Only received half of my order and then couldn't get customer service to respond. Will be disputing charges.

This is the WORST company. I ordered an expensive handbag and it was delivered damaged. It was wrapped in tissue paper but taped to leather in multiple places. It had glue stains all over the front. I notified them immediately and sent it back. They would not refund my full amount. 2 disputes filed and still no response. BUYER BEWARE. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

I just got this item ready to wrap for Christmas- they obviously sold me a used item! First there was a stain on the box, then the flasks had mismatched lids on them, then a glob of goop on one, water stains on bottle, then to top it off, the inside of one of them had what looked like staining from some liquid sitting in it too long- like a mark where it had some liquid at that level for so long it couldnt be washed off! But it was something besides water! Seriously youre going to sell that as a new item!
