I used this dry cleaner for 3 years since it was conveniently located under my apt building. I dropped off my comforter for cleaning only to pick it up with two minor rips and feathers leaking. The owners tried to cover the rips by placing an office Bobby pin. Upon finding this we asked the owner to repair the damage. The owner was more than willing to lose a 3 year loyal customer, not own up to their poor service and make excuses - its old, you have a dog, weve washed it multiple times, my collage doesnt speak English. The only one of which is true is I do own a dog and theyve cleaned it 2-3 times. Best one yet - We didnt damage it! Lol.. well who did? The funny thing is.. they have a sowing machine in their office and could of easily resolved a minor issue . Instead they chose to lose a customer of 3 years. Dont do business here. They dont have your back. Service: Organic dry cleaning
