Tysunn Dry Cleaners

I have been going to Tysunn Cleaners for at least 20 years. Rafael the manager is always friendly and helpful and is his staff. I have a vintage party dress business and he has always been a perfectionist in cleaning dresses from the 1950's. Other cleaners have ripped some of my fragile dresses.

Love this dry cleaners!! Wont go to any other one!! The best service & staff!! They recently helped clean my wedding dress & they did an incredible job!!! 10/10 recommend!!

UPDATE(read below) My family and I have been bringing our articles to this place for years. Unfortunately, recently we had a terrible experience with the owner, not the staff, but the owner. The staff, which they are always very accommodating, gave us the wrong item piece. I understand the mistake, we all make mistakes. We returned the wrong tuxedo to the dry cleaners, and tried to find a solution to the problem. The owner reached out to us, and instead of trying to help us, he started blaming and targeting us for the mistake. His deplorable behavior made us loose trust for this business. Instead we are trying to work with the staff to see if someone ever notices they got the wrong Tuxedo and the person would call back to the dry cleaners. Please, if you are reading this and got a Tux between the months of November to December could you check and if they gave you the wrong Tuxedo? I will really appreciate it. ------------------------------------ UPDATE: Found the tux! Not sure how my father in law ended up with my Tuxedo. He realized he had my Tux when he tried to put it for a wedding this last weekend. THANK YOU to the workers, I forgot to ask the lady's name, but she is the real MVP. I apologized to her about the issues this may have caused. I wanted to apologize for the mistake, and inconvenience. I am improving the rating but still not giving 5 stars due to the owner's behavior that day.
