They are QUICK to charge your credit card but extremely irresponsible when it comes to delivering your medication. They charged me for my medication last week and I still havent received it. I called yesterday morning and the rude employee who responded told me they were going to deliver it yesterday. Its now 8 pm the following day and still nothing. I call again and the same employee tells me theyre gonna call me back tomorrow. My medication should have been delivered LONG ago and the guy is telling me hes gonna call me back when in reality he wont. I told him to refund me and that I will get my medication somewhere else. Ive had one too many issues with this so-called pharmacy. They should lose their license.

The pharmacy service at. this branch is AWFUL. No wonder its Google Review rating is 2 out of 5 stars. The lines are always incredibly long. And on the phone, every single time I've called, the hold time has been over 20 minutes just to speak with someone. Sometimes I wait 20 minutes to speak with someone and then they disconnect the call before ever answering. They are clearly under staffed. If Walgreens wants to have the reputation of a cheap brand with horrible service, then this branch should be its flagship, showcase store. There's another Walgreens across the street and lots of CVS stores around. The brand new CVS on Bayshore Drive is awesome. If you have a choice, I'd go there.

UPDATE 2/27/2024: Me: Hi! May I use your restroom? Walgreens attendant: I just closed them. If you could wait 30 minutes? Insane. SMH UPDATE, 11/10/23: This is my second visit to this location in a 7 day space of time. *There is no English spoken in this Walgreen's location except for by the aggressive front cashier manager. Outstanding service provided by the evening pharmacist. He is thoughtful, efficient, caring and most importantly possess a high level of medical knowledge and insight. I randomly stumbled in while in distress (I'd originally attempted to navigate to a Walgreen's down the street and missed my turn) and was well cared for. Thank you! Review reduced to 2 stars. While the staff is very polite, competency is the msjor issue. I was shocked to find they weren't well versed with the codes of their own application and therefore have difficulty processing orders of they aren't of the standard basic kind. This identifies a major training issue. With training and competency being an issue they are frayed easily with a number of should be common transactions. Yesterday, March 2nd I was asked by pharmacist Sunil S. can you come back tomorrow, we're closing in a few minutes. Only in Miami...hence the 4 star reduction, 0-1 stars overall. This review is in hopes that management would see the gaps and make urgent improvements.

Terrible service! I had registered online for a COVID test. The cashier whom I asked where to go didnt know they do tests there. I was held up waiting for 45 minutes while they figured out what to do and reentered all my info. In the end took one minute. Avoid this location if possible.
