Terrible customer service. I asked crying to please let me buy needles because I am a diabetic and I ran out of needles and they refused to help me. The lady in the pharmacy said just go to the Doctor or ER. It was 6pm no doctor was going to take me in, and why would I go to the ER for needles when it is a BASIC NECESSITY FOR DIABETICS THAT IS SOLD IN PHARMACIES. I showed her my prescription, she said she needed a physical copy. I would have appreciated if she could have offered help, if she couldnt sell them to me okay I guess but at least help me or have some compassion while you see me crying begging for needles. I hope she reflects on her actions. Never coming back again to this walgreens. Vieja maldita sin empata .

This pharmacy has to be the worst pharmacy I have ever used. My doctor has been trying to prescribe a medication for me since 9am today. I called two times, nothing. Another provider tried calling the prescription in, and again when I called NOTHING. They didnt have it. I got the phone hung up on me 3 times while I was on hold for over 20mins. I am pregnant and really needed the medication. I have been dealing with this all day and now they are about to close and I could not get my medication. This is unimaginable the terrible service. This is NOT the first time this happened. Another time I took THREE days to get my thyroid medication because no one knew where the prescription was. This was the last straw, I am never coming here again.
