If I was allowed to leave 0 stars that would be the first thing I would do. The employees working at this CVS have ZERO customer services skills. Its to the point that I think thats what they look for in their employees. Lets talk about not one but two incidents that have happened to me. The first one was last year in May, I had injured my back and had recently got out of the hospital. The hospital had sent me medication to this said CVS. My mom drove to get me the medication but for some reason this CVS requested my information once again after I had already given them my info previously since I have to get my medications at this locations. However I was groggy with all medications , I had left everything at home. We decided to go home and show them the information that was already provided. One of the employees that worked at the pharmacy threw the medications inside the box and walked away with attitude after my mom had said have a nice night. Keep in mind I was in the hospital before heading there and to be treated like that was not the correct way. My mom complained to the manager and that was that. Since it had been a year, I thought I could give this CVS a second chance because I didnt think they would make another mistake but boy was I completely wrong. I went to this said CVS to buy some body wash. First off some of the body washes are locked up for an obvious reason. There is a button close by that you must press in order for someone to help you out. I understand if they are short staffed or whatever the case maybe but at least tell someone to walk over there or tell me that someone will help me shortly but nothing. I had to press the button 3 times in order to help me out. Before I pressed it the third time , I literally saw what seemed to be the manager having a full on conversation with someone at the register and laughing meanwhile they have a customer who is asking for assistance but no one to help or tell me that someone will be with me shortly. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS CVS !!! I WOULD RATHER GO TO WALGREENS OR ANOTHER CVS AUNQUE SE LEJOS ANTES DE VENIR AQU!! DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DO NOT STEP FOOT INTO THIS FACILITY EVER AGAIN. !! Maybe they treat other people right but personally I have never had a great experience and my mother either.

The CVS is very untidy, like they dont ever vacuum the carpet. It also smells either like vinegar or human sweat. Employees are also like robots, they hardly greet or smile. It really is unpleasant to go to this location.
