DOG Hotels Brickell

I recently visited DOG Hotels Brickell for my dogs grooming, something Ive done regularly since moving to Brickell. However, this time, I feel I need to share my experience due to some concerning practices and disappointing customer service. Concern About Ear Protection: The biggest issue was my dogs ears being completely soaked during the grooming. I saw this in the shower video they send on IG. Wet ears are a big no-no because they can cause infections. Its really important for any grooming service to keep ears dry and safe, but that didnt happen here. Customer Service Experience: When I talked to the staff about my dogs ears, things didnt go well. They kept saying they did everything right, even though it was obvious they didnt. Their attitude went from professional to defensive and even a bit arrogant, which wasnt cool at all. Quality of Grooming: On top of that, the grooming wasnt great. My dog wasnt properly dried, and thats just basic stuff youd expect from a pro grooming place. I get that mistakes can happen, but its how you deal with them that matters. In this case, not only was the service below par, but the way they handled my feedback was really off-putting. I think its important for other dog owners to know about this, so they can make the best choice for their pets. My puppy absolutely loves Dog! For both overnight or day care, we love knowing that shes well taken care of. The staff is so kind too! Its so clear they love what they do 10/10 recommend

My dog was very happy. She played a lot. Everyone who works there is kind and loving towards animals! they send videos to us! attentive to owners and their animals. I highly recommend

My mini dachshund puppy absolutely loves coming here for doggie daycare. Its really helped build his social skills with other dogs. He has so much energy at his age (4 months) and cant be left at home alone. Being able to take him here made my life a lot easier and i love how happy my fur baby is. He gets so excited whenever we come and when we walk by it he stops hoping to go inside lol. I decided to buy the monthly membership today.
