        Weve brought our dog to Pet Lounge for a few years now. Theyve always been exceptional and bathed and groomed our dog well. Our dog is always happy when he walks inside - its clear they take good care of him while hes there.

        Bad customer service. Doesnt answer phone that prompts you to message their WhatsApp and once you do they either take hours to respond or dont respond at all.
