    Your whole appointment staff needs fired. I've been trying to get an appointment for an MRI for a whole month. They say they'll call back , they lie. They hang up on you, they laugh at you all when they said they'll help you and do not. You have the recordings so do I. My pain management faxed you over the authorization and approval. I call back still phone games and they're still looking for the fax. Finally today they found the fax and still can't get an appointment?? So I go to the pain management pick up the paper the hospital says it needs to set the appointment and still no appointments, nothing in the system. Etc . Why are you playing with people's health like this and what's so funny?? Christie and shaquina need retrained or immediately let go. Now let's see how competent you all are on here . I need an appointment for an MRI and I have the approval and referral. Where's my appointment?????????

    I had gastric sleeve surgery with dr Jacobs and it was a great, the service and surgery was amazing, post op in recovery was great ,the nurses were really attentive with me and helped me through it and even after I left they were still helping me, I 100% recommend it !

    I have a friend in the ICU and I called so many times a few days in a row and they will not let me talk to her. They always have some lousy excuse instead of really telling me why I cant. Every single person I talked to was dismissive and uncaring and they left me on hold so long that someone else answered and just did the same thing. Awful.

    If you want to be treated without dignity go to this hospital. My husband went in with severe pain and bp above the roof staff lost his test samples skipped him when it was his turn to have a CT and refused to respond when he asked any questions pertaining to when he would actually be taken to the back or seen. Staff were busy joking with one another being discriminatory with who they perceived required better treatment or any type of communication at all it wasnt until my husband said he wanted to go that the doctor even bothered advising against it and proceeded to get him to the CT scan room whereas the very sarcastic nurses and techs just wanted to throw him out into the waiting area with an IV which is not very sanitary and out of the way. The staff needs better training and not to assume that everyone who visits the ER is homeless or suffering from mental disorders although even they deserve proper medical treatment. Im completely floored never seen anything like it specially in the US even some third world countries have better medical ethics and hold it to high standards!
