Medical services for a monthly fee of $65.. Primary doctor, Specialist, Dentist, Vision, Pharmacy, Urgent Care, Diagnostic and Radiology. The member pays $o copayment for the first visit. Floridacare features NO inflated premiums, NO deductibles, NO yearly limits, NO pre-existing conditions & NO time restrictions. You don’t have to wait until open enrollment to join, select or change your PCP.
