Saying we are disappointed is an extreme understatement.
Owner and workers are very nice while telling you lies, truck broke down, have
to pickup child, illness, and my favorite “give me a few hours and I’ll call you back”. Then never calling back!, Never finished the job!!!!

Was having my roof redone, and wanted to replace the gutters on the 3 sides of my screen enclosure that attach to the house at the same time. Now there are multiple problems. The screen enclosure top is crooked, lower on the house side because of the way it was reattached to the gutters, and because of how the gutters were installed, rain is flooding my pool deck area. Did not attach the house side gutter in the south corner to the outgoing gutter on that side, only capped it, so the rain water doesn't have anywhere to go except onto my pool deck and into my pool. When I said it needed to be changed he argued with me and I never saw him again, and never had my calls returned. Have since noticed he used 3 inch downspouts while the gutters are 5 inch! Used plastic brackets which will deteriorate in about 3 years, if not quicker. Gutter on the north side doesn't drain properly because it wasn't pitched downward to flow out, so water sits there. Should not have paid him, should have sued him! Very poor quality all the way around from customer service to installation, to responsibility for his work. Do not use this company if you want quality work.
