Doctor Ilena Perez Quintairos is a genius. I had a really bad Rosacea for a year. thanks to doctor Ileana Perez Quintairos my rosacea is gone. she really did magic. I love her so much.

Unfortunately I can only speak in behalf of the front desk / insurance verification department and not the actual Doctor. After being given an appointment months in advance, getting the day off from work, and even receiving a very confusing phone call from the office. I come to find out my insurance plan was not accepted, which of course I understand and is NOT the problem here. My question is how can it be that I was given no prior information regarding this issue? How come when I received the call from the office the day of my appointment about a problem with my insurance I was not then informed of the coverage part of the problem and was simply told that it would be dealt with when I got there? And when I asked what could be done since I had already missed half a day at work to be there I was simply told I could pay for the visit myself which would be $185. Just make sure you inform the person giving you your appointment what exact insurance PLAN you have not just the ID number. Thank you.
