They will keep you waiting over 2 hours. No Respect for patients time. They dont return calls or pick up the phone most of the time. After standing me up for my first consul, I tried again only to sit for 2 hours and was told i could be there for another hour until they get to me. I finally walked out and will never go back. Save yourself time and look elsewhere unless you want to wait for hours. There are many doctors who value their patients time.

save yourself, don't go here - as mentioned, your wait times will often be > 1 hr - when she gets stressed out, she displays an off-putting bedside manner. Frequently gaslights. Poor ability to empathize and provide reassurance to a distressed patient. Becomes extremely defensive when is confronted with a poor outcome. - Either lacks medical knowledge or practices highly defensive medicine, as her medical-decision making is not always evidence-based. Unsettling if she does this to her patients that dont have medical degrees and cant advocate strongly for themselves. Things that she said to me after creating an open wound on my chest after CO2 lasering and old scar. 1. [gaslighting] thats not an open wound!! (it was raw) 2. (your wound) looks perfect! are you ok if I just take a culture though? [you normally dont culture uninfected wounds; and you would only culture deep tissues b/c you know skin bugs live on the surface. questionable clinical decision making by Jill vs intentional defensive medicine] 3. do you want me to show you all the textbook chapters Ive written ?!?! [ive never heard anyone speak to me or another patient like this in any situation in my life] 4. do you want to see my credentials !?!?! [ive never heard anyone speak to me or another patient like this in any situation in my life] 5. [this result] is expected b/c your scar was hypertrophic (false - it was atrophic, hypopigmented, thats why we used $300 of Sculptra (a FILLER) in). If you do decide to become a patient of Jills despite this, be sure to ask how much in financial incentives she receives from Sculptra. 6. **shoves index card in my face with different spot densities / laser settings while im laying on exam table crying** SEEE this is what a laser does! (lacks situational awareness, empathy) 7. Tries to prescribe me Z-pak for viral URI. (questionable clinical decision making - this is why we have antibiotic resistance in the community). 8. Calls me 2 weeks after the cultures are collected to tell me my wound is growing staph aureus and i need oral antibiotics. I tell her my wound fully healed well and besides a worsened scar I have no issues. I remind her S.Aureus is normal skin flora and she says its serious skin pathogen. [gaslighting], calls in oral antibiotics to my pharmacy. 9. hen I asked for medical records, I was met with silence. Leads me to wonder if there were ever any culture results or if this was all fabricatedas CYA medicine

One of the worst dermatology experiences Ive had. I suffer from redness and the doctor was throwing out serious health conditions without a proper diagnoses or blood work. I left there stressed about my health. SO GLAD I didnt listen to them and went somewhere else who gave me a proper diagnoses for my issue. Never going back. Avoid. They dont know their stuff and are very unprofessional.

The wait time here is incredibly frustrating, consistently exceeding one and a half to two hours past the scheduled appointment. Unfortunately, this experience has been a nightmare, and I've decided it will be my last visit to this office.

Be prepared to wait a lot and for her to not answer her phone definitely dont recommend!!!!!
