Tried to call for booking an appointment, instantly went to voicemail saying to hang-up and call 911, and to instead message them. After 3 days of waiting I finally get a response asking for my name and information but to no avail.

$95.00 dental cleaning every 3 months has helped me keep my smile. I have a gum condition that could cause me to loose all of my teeth. Thanks to Brickell Bove Dental Studio I have been able to control my gum disease. The offices are always very clean. They are open late and on Saturdays which has made it easier for me to make sure I get a cleaning every three months. I don't have dental insurance so payin $95 to preserve my teeths is a no brainier.

Please stay away from this place! Theres a lot of other great Dentist in the area, so choose wisely. I wasnt planning on leaving this review but since I came across their page, I will because everyone needs to know the truth of who Dr. Bove is. I worked here for Dr. Adriana Bove for about 2-3 weeks and she said she would mail me my check. Its been more than 4 years since then and Im still waiting for my check. In general, this is the worst, most unprofessional/unorganized dental office Ive ever worked for! And in case my name doesnt ring a bell, double-check your records. My maiden name is Karen Sanchez. Although, I doubt youll ever find any records of me with the way you operate. Im still not quite sure how your practice hasnt been reported for all the things that occurs behind close doors. But I guess that explains why youve created so many different business accounts with different names (Dr. Adriana M. Bove DDS, Brickell Bove Studio, etc.). Im sure you wasnt expecting this review. Because its been so long since then, but I was much younger, vulnerable, and defenseless. Individuals like you shouldnt go around stealing from their employees, patients, and God knows who else. And because our behaviors have consequences I took the courage to speak my truth and expose who you really are. Because if you did what you did back then plus what you did to me, then only God knows what youre capable of doing now.

STAY AWAY FROM THAT PRACTICE. I was attended by Dr. Bove and her team about 2 years ago. I had some discomfort in my back teeth. She immediately indicated that I needed two crowns. She seemed professional and I committed the mistake of accepting her recommendation and going on with the procedure at once. Unfortunately, most of the procedures were performed by the junior dentists that worked for her, whom were clearly not up to the task. The procedure was painful and clumsily performed (more to come). After the crowns were in place, my bite never was the same, the way in which the crowns were settled, affected my lower back teeth, with resulting pain and continuous discomfort. I had to go two more times to try to grind and adjust the crowns; they keep insisting that the crowns should be fine and the discomfort would go away - it never happened. They also made for me a mouthpiece that I should use in the night (another $400!); I was later informed by another dentist that it was not necessary. After the procedure I was never comfortable eating from my left side. Recently, I visited another dentist (never again to Dr. Bove!) and they indicated that one of the crowns was infiltrated and needed to be replaced; this time I asked for a second opinion, which confirmed the diagnosis; they were surprised that the crowns were put in place less than two years ago. Once the crowns were replaced and properly fitted by a good practitioner, my bite felt comfortable for first time in two years and I can finally eat using my left back teeth. I strongly recommend avoiding Dr. Bove's practice since they showed utter disregard for the patient's wellbeing and lots of regard for his dollars. It is remarkable how a bad dentistry procedure affected my quality of life.  I hope this review spares other people of the bad experience I went through.
