Visited the store for the very first time on a Saturday morning. Walked into a very empty and quite store - after a quick glance I saw two cashiers up front but so depth into conversation, they had zero clue that we walked in. After walking around a few minutes, and not finding the specific brand we were looking for, I had to go over to them and ask if they could help. She came over and pointed it out and left right back to finish up her convo w/her guy co-worker - rude. Come to find out the color we wanted was out :/ so I went back over to ask if they could possibly check cabinet or locate it for us - but this time - they has moved their conversation into a lane so I had to look for them, and again, ask for help. She came out and tried to help but her lack of interest and bad attitude over powered all. I would not recommend this store (not only bc they low inventory) but the service was awful!

I have been going to this location to trim and treat my hair since December 2022. Nana Ramos, my hair stylist, is the absolute best! The first time I went to see her my hair was dry, dull, and very lifeless. After about 6 months of some TLC my hair is now extremely soft, bouncy, and the healthiest it has ever been. Thank you so much Nana!!!
