    ALINA IS THE WORST MUA EVER. super rude and doesnt give you the exact makeup you want. gives so much attitude when you ask a simple question. If you come and do your makeup DO NOT go to ALINA. she leaves your makeup super patchy and blotchy.

    Where to begin? I had an AWFUL experience which is crazy because every other Sephora I have a great one and the workers are always polite, I WOULD KNOW BECAUSE IM A SEPHORA MYSTERY SHOPPER. DO NOT GO HERE FOR MOBILE PICK UP. I placed an ONLINE order for PICKUP and it had been ready at the store for a few hours, I go to pick it up and I go to the cashier and ask her about where to pick up my ONLINE MOBILE ORDER and she tells me to WAIT ON THE LINE (with an attitude mind you), WHICH WAS THE REGULAR LINE YOU PAY FOR WHEN YOU ARE SHOPPING AROUND IN THE STORE AND BRING YOR ITEMS TO THE FRONT (which defeats the purpose of mobile order pick up especially since the line was VERY long), none the less I was confused by this because EVERY OTHER SEPHORA has a section for mobile pick up, or someone who helps people with these orders like at the Sephora in the Dadeland mall (which is the best one by the way they are always so kind and have there store running correctly as they have a section where you go to get your mobile pick up). I tell her oh no it is a pick up order I already paid can someone help me? She gives me NASTY ATTITUDE AS SAYS NO GO IN THE BACK, GO ON THE LINE NOW, and then tells the customer behind me to come the customer says no its ok she can go (me) the cashier gets mad and rolls her eyes and then she goes to back. SHE GETS HER MANAGER (for whatever reason? as I did not ask for one, clearly they are friends.) as I was polite and just confused on where to go or who to ask, anyway her manager comes out and the cashier has my order and she hoards (does not give it to me when she comes out, even though she ALREADY SCANNED THE BARCODE) she's hoarding it at the register while the MANAGER IS TRYING TO TELL ME IM WRONG AND THAT YOU HAVE TO WAIT ONLINE IN THE REGULAR IN-STORE SHOPPING LINE TO GET MY MOBILE PICK UP ORDER (again defeats the purpose of ordering ahead hours in advance) I show her the policy and she stills says IM WRONG, I go well is there a mobile pick up line? and she goes OH YEAH OVER THERE (points to the opposite side), and I go why didn't the cashier point me in that direction instead of being nasty to me? she says oh well she is right you have to wait online the line (regular store line she points to) and I go why would that be if you have a SECTION for MOBILE PICK UP ORDER and the FAQS say you DONT HAVE TO WAIT ONLINE. I show her the FAQS AGAIN and she proceeds to tell me I am wrong and that THIS STORE SPECIFICALLY DOES NOT LET YOU DO THAT. I have never heard that before, and instead of apologizing to me and saying they were wrong and correcting it they gang up on me. WORST MOBILE ORDER EXPERIENCE EVER. I have attached the FAQS of SEPHORAS MOBILE PICK UP so they can RE-EDUCATE THEMSELVES BECAUSE ITS CRAZY A CUSTOMER WOULD KNOW MORE THAN THE EMPLOYEE. HERE I AM ALSO WRITING WHAT IT SAYS FROM THE SEPHORA WEBSITE ALONG WITH THE SCREENSHOT(S): Where do I go when I arrive? When you get to the Sephora store, notify a Beauty Advisor that youre picking up an order and we will prioritize (SEE IT SAYS PRIORITIZE) getting your order quickly. If you would like to shop or browse the store first and pick up inside, look for the sign that says Online Order Pickup,( I DID NOT KNOW WHERE IT WAS AND INSTEAD OF POINTING ME TO IT THE CASHIER TELLS ME WITH AN ATTITUDE TO GO ON THE REGULAR STORE LINE WHICH WAS VERY LONG) typically located near the front of the store, or let any available Beauty Advisor know you have a pickup order. Your items will be brought to you. (SEE) I hope this helps you run your store better,
