I went this past Mon 4/8 for makeup service appt that I had. Diana L. was the makeup artist that serviced me. She was professional, knew exactly what I wanted and executed it perfectly! The reason for 1 less star was other staff and Im assuming management?. I did NOT like how they would constantly come in our area to look at her work and what she was doing. At one point whom I assume was a supervisor came and asked her Do you have an ETA of when youll be done? And she did not ask in the nicest form. I was BAFFLED! That was extremely unprofessional! I had allergies due to the perfumes in the store and I would cough and my eyes would tear often. Diana made sure I was ok everytime, she even got me a cup of water. Whomever this supervisor or staff was should be coached. Im a paying customer and my allergies were not Dianas fault. Once my allergies would flare she would have to clean and redo the area that shed be working on. She was so sweet, patient and attentive throughout my service. Her colleagues need to pay more attention to their job duties and not worry about what an artist was doing. I really hope that she is not being treated differently in that store, if so she would be a better fit somewhere else where she is appreciated. I did not discuss anything with her, wished I had the time. Diana, if you are reading this you did great, you are amazing and you deserve better. Thank you my makeup was flawless, my confidence was through the roof!.

This Sephora is always busy and testers need replacing when running out. I came in first thing in the morning to find all testers in perfume section out in the mini section and some areas little dirty. I had to get the managers name Raquel who was very rude for no reason when I asked for help. I am surprised shes is a manager there. All other staff super friendly and helpful. This is prime location for great clientele in Miami, I would recommend better service from a manager.

They carry nothing lmao. Asked for 6 different brands (estee lauder, dermalogica, lys, KVD, etc) NOTHING. Besides that theyre simply out of everything all the time. Thousands of self unaware teenagers ruining samples. Been to my fair share of sephoras this one is just.bad
