Visiting Miami from UK on cruise ship, looking for Tonic Water to go with gin. Store does not stock tonic water! Large floor area good selection of chilled energy drinks and beers - limited choice of Soirits. The drinks area seems to be where they store delivery crates! A bit cluttered. Bought some fizzy drinks along with nuts and mints. Only 1 till open. Staff friendly but store empty , looks tired poor lighting and fixtures, I did not go around store shopping as only wanted Tonic Water

Absolutely appalling experience at CVS! I placed an online order for photos and waited 2 hours for an email saying they were ready. When I arrived, NO ONE could assist me because none of the employees spoke English fluently. To make matters worse, the machine used to print the photos was in English, and no one could figure out how to operate it. Complete incompetence! I left frustrated and photo-less. Unacceptable, CVS! Get your act together and train your staff to communicate effectively in English, at the very least.

Victoria was simply amazing!!!! I came super tired from work at around 12 am and she was super bubbly and helpful to assist me with some things I needed to find. Victoria is truly an amazing asset to the company. I had to write a wonderful review for a great person. It was so shocking to see someone who still cares about great customer service. Thank you so much Victoria for making my night go smooth. I found all of my hair products!!!
