Designer Patio

Designer Patio did a wonderful job in repairing and re-painting our "lagoon" which is part of our pool system. It was in real need of help, and Designer Patio made it bright and beautiful again.

Excellent work ... I am very happy with the job Designer Patio did on my outdoor kitchen. It was done timely and to perfection. Enrique and staff were very helpful and responsive. I highly recommend this company for your outdoor oasis.

They did my pergola patio, including flooring and roof, and within the first year we had leaks. Not dripping but full pours in the middle of the roof. The cause was cheap and damaged material that warped due to exposure from the sun. Even though the owner agreed and knew it was caused by their materials he refused to fix it. The only solution offered was to redo the patio roof with material he should have used the first time around and of course charge for it. Save your time and money; use someone who is willing to guarantee and stand by their work - you wont find that at Designer Patio.

If I could do a zero review on this company I would! After over 6 months of dealing with this beyond incompetent company owner named Enrique and his assistant Michael I am beyond grateful that we no longer have to deal with them. I'll begin by saying that we signed an invoice with them for close to $50k worth of work and where promised a start date of the first phase of the project within a few weeks, after close to four months of not one human stepping foot on our property finally minimal work was began. This company not only did not provide their own staff but hired a subpar contractor to lay designer expensive stone which he clearly had no actually knowledge in working with. After months of begging them to properly fix the poorly and truthfully unacceptable job they finally admitted that they hired a subcontractor who just didn't want to complete the job. After months of back and forth we finally got them to try and attempt to fix the poorly done paver work. Even after "fixing" his work was not done well and his lack and experience in laying designer stone is something we paid too dollar for. Not only did we pull out of working with them on the remainder of the project but in the midst their subcontractors stole (on camera!!) three expensive tools, damaged a $1,000 brand new Adonia palm tree and our west elm porch chair. Would be nice to work with a company that provides proper customer service, answers concerns and picks up their phone. DO NOT work with this company and save yourself some years of life!
