Please be advised that when working and dealing with Metro Express you are not dealing with professionals. They are disrespectful, dismissive, and incapable at every level. Not one, but two of their truck drivers crashed into my basketball hoop unnecessarily and left it in the middle of the street for it to become an even bigger liability on my end. I emailed and the owner directly responded with what could only be described as a pathetic response. My son's hobby and birthday present destroyed in under 60 days because Metro Express and Miami-Dade County did not advise the entire neighborhood they'd be sending savages in a truck through my street. Had we been advised we would've moved the basketball hoop. Please see below the kind of response you can expect from Metro Express' owner. For someone running a trucking company he appears to be unstable and inadequately prepared to treat customers and complaints in an appropriate manner. Good morning Mrs PAZOZ We respectfully demy your cLAIMTH HOOP WAS ENCROACHING THE RIDHT OF WAY WITH ONLY A 10 CLEARENCE MIN REQ IS 13-6 IT CANT EVEN BE STATIONED IN THE SWALE AREAPER COUNTY CODE.THR BASE WAS AT EDGE OF PAVEMENT AND THE HOOP WAS ENCROACHING THE TRAVEL LANEdRIVER DID NOTHING WRONG BUT TO TRAVEL IN HIS TRAVEL LANE BETWEEN THE CENTER OF THE ST AND THE EDGE OF PAVENMENT.
