I am a realtor and often do showings at Gallery Art condos. I've been to many buildings and must say that Richard (don't know his last name) at the front desk is the absolute best. He is genuinely kind and treats my clients as if they are already living there. He greets my clients with a smile and answers their questions to the best of his ability. I can't tell you how many buildings I go to with absolutely rude front desk employees (what a turn off for me and my clients). I hope management takes notice of his excellence. I would like to thank Richard at the front desk for his kindness and professionalism. My roommate and I were very impressed with how you handle your business. Being a college student can render poor service from businesses, restaurants, etc., but you have treated us with the same professionalism and care. You are the best!

Awfully rude woman on reception. Its a shame to keep workers like that. If she is a face on management company I can imagine how useless they are.

Great community with a wonderful property manager and front desk staff! The views of the bay are wonderful if you have a unit with a view. So many necessities in walking distance, and sometimes the community offers a food truck in the parking lot for even more convenience for residents! Love it here.
