Terribly thief this condo. They put a boot on the car for everything!! They just want your money, while you are in your own home.. the condominium cares about you 0 And besides, it's ugly :) don't live here

Worst Association I have ever seen in my life! . The security guards are nasty, disrespectful and I cant even imagine buying any apartment there. So many ridiculous rules. No enough parking for Visitors They will give you a ticket for Everything even for you breathing . I felt disappointed and disrespected . Habl con varios propietarios que se quejan de lo mismo y quieren cobrar por poner un ticket para entrar al edificio

If you intend to change your home... Promenade Condominium is your best option. An excellent location, a beautiful landscape, in short, unmatched peace.

This place is a discriminatory, hateful, and awful place to live in. Ive never met such terrible people in my life. I have an ESA and the amount of threats Ive received is unbelievable. Do not live here unless you want to deal with the worst people both residents and administration.
