      • Beach Fitness Club

        This is the worst condominium experience I ever had!! The management's office doesn't know what they are doing, every time you go there different people tell you different answers!! Their rental restrictions sucks! Don't ever buy this building, it's the worst building in Aventura with very high maintenance fee and nothing is done, always broken pipe, broken AC, broken pool, totally ridiculous!!! All this is still true
