      image The building is clean. But if anything goes wrong outside your condo.. building manager says that's your problem. Worst "customer service" from the property management office. Dryer in laundry room breaks down quite a bit and if you lost money in the machines.. management says that's my problem. Already happened to me twice. Taking my laundry somewhere else. This is ridiculous!

      image Building always being up kept. Maintenance is great. Just got to deal with some neighbors blasting music so loud at times at night. There is a No new pet policy but people bring in dogs and the association won't enforce the rules.
      It's very loud and noisy at night sometimes***
      There are neighbors that hang outside their doors in the hallway and party all Night long. Talk super loud after 10pm. Slamming doors, It sounds like people rearranging furniture all night long. It's a nice looking building, very well kept. Unfortunately very rude people that live here ruin it for the rest of us.
