Update: The concrete started to crack after a week of completion. PLEASE do yourself a favor and AVOID hiring this company. - This is a lengthy review, but it will help you save money and hassle down the road. This company should be considered with caution. My friend signed a contract with Michael Berman (Castilla Concrete Finish Design) on October 21, 2022. Michael subcontracted Erick Matatmoros (business name Master C Design) to put up the design and pour the concrete. Master C Design did such a poor job that it caused more problems for the homeowner than anticipated. Let's start with the permit. After many months of back and forth about the company's mistakes in filing the permit with the city, it was ultimately issued on January 4, 2023. (10 weeks after the contract was signed). There were issues with holes underneath and paint chipping after the layout and concrete were poured. Take a look at the photos. After numerous calls to the company and receiving the unprofessionalism of the office staff who hung up on the customer several times and the subcontractor (Erick) who sent pictures of himself on vacation to the homeowner as an excuse why he couldn't finish the job was upsetting and caused the homeowner a great deal of stress. We pleaded with Erick to come out to correct and finish the job so that painters could come in and finish it, and he finally agreed. There were bubbles in the concrete after he completed the job. See photos. The job took 4 and half months to complete. We are writing this review to inform the public on what to expect. Please do your due diligence when hiring a contractor. There are ways to report contractors that are not holding up their agreement.

I could give this company a minus I would still waiting on my patio to be done signed contract Since August still waiting. The owner does not respond. They left a mess of my front yard never cleaned it. Then they came to pressure clean the driveway and tore the paint off my house never fixed it. My patio still is incomplete with no response as to when it will be complete. They take your money and good luck with them finishing the job. Also all the bad reviews they claim is from staff that is not there that is a LIE! Services: Concrete driveway building, Concrete resurfacing, Concrete sidewalk building
