Worse service of all. Super expensive! I have no idea who will give this business a 4.5 star but I'm glad you were treated well and are satisfy with their services. I will not recommend this business to anyone.

Our Ricoh copier printer scanner is great. We upgraded about 10 months ago the service is outstanding. Plus, the supplies are delivered fast!

Great help in repairing my HP printer. My laser jet M605 is a workhorse and Advanced Business Computers Inc got it working great! Highly recommend them.

Very bad experience. I ordered "Brother" toner for my printer, and gave them the Brother code for the cartridges. They sent me the "not original" cartridges. The price was a little lower than the originals in other places, but not as cheap to make me think I was buying pirate cartridges, a lot more expensive than the same cartridges in other stores. When I received the cartridges I called them and told them I didn't want them because I use original cartridges, hence the cartridge code specifications I gave them when I placed the order. I had a bad experience once my printer got ruined with cheap cartridges. They told me that they always assume the cartridges have to be pirate ones unless you specify "Original" (????). So they would charge a restocking fee, I would have been about $90. They were very rude, and there was nothing I could do even through Brother (they are authorized dealers). I decided to use them.... bad decision... The yellow cartridge was out in a couple of weeks, when it usually lasts me about 6 months... and the black one simply does not work, I don't get the low toner message, but the black letters come out in light color.... like pink... So I had to buy two cartridges to replace those sucky new ones I got from them.... I will never buy there again ... Beware....
