I have now been working with Envigo for the better part of a year. During that time, they have handled all IT installations, maintenance, HIPAA compliance, and staff IT training for my office. They have also consulted on new technology purchases and installation for my office including the latest 3D medical imaging system by Canfield. The quality of their work in unsurpassed based on my experience over the past 10 years in business. Aldo and his team, in particular Leo, are honest, hardworking, ethical, responsible, proactive, and a pleasure to work with. They know what they are doing and they do it with a smile on their face. Being a busy physician who owns and operates a single provider clinic, the support Envigo provides me is absolutely essential. They deal with my staff directly on their day-to-day IT questions as part of our monthly service contract. Most of the time, when there is an IT issue, I don't even hear about it until I see Leo or Aldo at the office fixing it. The staff loves them and so do I. I referred them to several colleagues, and I highly recommend them to anyone out there who is looking for a complete but fairly priced information technology management company. Here is a list of what they have done for me as my IT company so that anyone reading this understands better what an IT company can do for them: 1. Setup and secure all computers and tablets. 2. Manage employee logins. This means removing access for prior employees and providing credentials for new employees. 3. Ensure HIPAA compliance. 4. Setup photo room with appropriate studio lighting attached to ceiling. 5. Set up wireless sound system for entire clinic. 6. Setup secure WiFi for staff and a separate secure guest/patient WiFi. 7. Manage Microsoft cloud. 8. Setup a server for secure on-site file storage. 9. Install ethernet cables, WiFi access points, built in Sonos speakers, and security cameras as needed. 10. Follow us throughout the day to learn our workflow and give suggestions on how to improve that workflow. 11. Research and suggest appropriate CRM (customer relationship management) for clinic. 12. Research and suggest appropriate EMR (electronic medical record) for clinic. As you can see from the above list, Envigo has done a lot of work for us and so I have a good basis for my recommendation. Again, I highly recommend Envigo!
