Service was good but coffee and food was not what we expected . Croissant was small and Nutella was a bit dry and hardly any on it. They were out of strawberry for the croissant but was still charged full price . Coffee design was pretty but the taste was alright . Had the chocolate raspberry latte and taste like McDonalds coffee next time Im going to Dunkin Donuts .

It is the worst place I have ever been to, they do not serve you well. I asked for my refund since March 24 and it has not yet arrived. It is the worst place and bad service. The girl who gave me the refund does not even know how to do it and why talk about it? owner does not have No type of education nor does he know how to deal with the public.

I went in for some coffee and see the menu. I asked the Manager for the code of the bathroom. and he stated that I would need to order first. I told him I would order after I was done in the bathroom. He stated no, first order. I had never been there and wanted to look at the menu before ordering. I went to the corner "El Riconcito". Used the restroom, bought my snack and got a coffee. I recommend you get your coffee and snacks at the Rinconciti. Poor people skills at the Magic City Coffe Lounge. I walked by and showed him my coffee. He shot me a birdie. I hope he is not the owner and gets fired.

Very very good coffee. It is freshly roasted and the barista for sure knows and enjoys what she is doing.
