When I called him about an item that had been out of stock for quite sometime, I was amazed by his level of service. Not only did he promise to notify me as soon as the item became available, he went above and beyond by following up, and sending me the direct link for the purchase. In a world where good old fashion customer service seems to be A THING OF THE PAST, Jeff stands out as a shining example of professionalism, friendliness, and genuine care for his customers.
