        I cant say enough about the customer service. The ladies were fantastic, very sweet and patient. I am self conscious especially with bathing suits and I felt like there was sincerely no judgement from them as they were helping me try on. Specifically Anna Maria was the sweetest and so helpful. They have so many different styles and cuts, super cute and unique prints as well. I did end up buying a bathing suit and the top is reversible! Highly recommend!

        Went to Calzedonia in Dolphin Mall and bought a bathing suit- when checking out I asked the employee if I could return and she told me YES, so I didnt try on. I went back two days after to return and per store manager Mercedes she told me the employee was wrong and I shouldve known it was on Sale and all sale is final sale i could only get a store credit. I told her what the associate had said but she said that she had just started working there 4 days ago and she should have told me it was final- she said since it was her day off it was her word against mine! Very unprofessional, if that associate just started working there she could have made a mistake and gave the wrong information but instead of Mercedes making it right, she said that the associate wasnt there to confront me! Never heard of such a thing.. Never again!
