        The food leaves a lot to be desired, poorly cooked, poorly served, horrible, nor does it resemble what the tropics were like, they are a blatant theft

        I bring my family to this location every Sunday after church for lunch. This particular Sunday I had an issue with an employee and considered not returning. Your manager Sue went above and beyond to ensure I stayed a Pollo customer. It's a shame all your employees don't share her mannerisms and professional attitude.
