I drove two hours to purchase a car here on behalf of a nonprofit charity. I called two days prior to make the appointment, was assured that the car would be held for us until our agreed-upon meeting time. I then called day-of (today) and got two separate confirmations from two separate representatives that yes, the car was still available (I didn't want to drive two hours for nothing). I even confirmed with the specific Stock number, so there was no way there was confusion about what vehicle I was referring to. When we arrived, we were told they sold it out from under us yesterday, even though we were assured that would not be the case and were assured today that it was still waiting for us. They then tried to bait and switch by selling us another vehicle. This was a four hour round trip wasted. It's one thing to do this to an individual, which is still dirty sales tactics, but they did this to a nonprofit charity that was buying this vehicle to assist in its mission of serving our South Florida community. We really needed this vehicle going into the weekend and it's disappointing to know that there's people out there comfortable with conducting business in this way. Won't be buying any vehicles from here in the future. And now I have to go tell an excited team of animal hospital staff that they don't have the vehicle they desperately need to go on dispatch calls. Atrocious professionalism.
