I was in Miami for two days and helping my mom n dad so timing was crucial needed someone fast!! Frank was supper nice on the phone and very knowledgeable. I was in carpet cleaning business in NY for 8 years and Im 3M carpet inspector n IICUC certified in cleaning restoration drying and installation of carpet. Frank arrived and right away we hit it off. he went out of the way to move all the furniture and really vacuumed first then cleaning with extremely hot water n rinsing well the carpet dried quickly. Both him and his son were concerned about doing good job. no rush in and out like many other places. Frank only wants to leave good lasting impression on you and he takes pride in his work. the fact that I knew allot about cleaning I stayed quiet and let him do his thing. he is truly skilled and takes pride in his work he impressed me with his knowlage and caring. Now that I have had the pleasure of meeting him I will have him come to my mom n dads place every 6 months managing my mom n dads needs from NY is not easy but meeting frank and his son just gave me piece of mind to know they would treat the job the same way. He even extended to help with any help my mom n dad may need while Im in NY. truly class act!!
