Took about six hours to get all of the repair and cleaning done, but it was well worth the wait. Each time I vac the hall now, I am loving not having to navigate those wrinkles! Harley took his time and got it done right - I will definitely be calling him on a yearly basis to help keep it pretty. Very very happy with the results!

King Steam U.S.A did an outstanding job! He was polite, knowledgeable and on time. He did an miraculous job in half the time it took others and the carpet looked even better(!) I rarely write reviews but King Steam made our 12 years old (white carpet) look brand spanking new!
