Horrible place Ive taken my car to wash many times never had an issue. I dont know if theres a new owner, but they did a horrible service. The lady name Yamilet was very unprofessional and rude. My husband went and specify to Yamilet that theres still dirt in between the leathers seats. I showed her underneath the seats all the dirt and dust and she got super mad talking to me very unprofessional with hand signs. I ask her for a towel to show her all the dust and dirt and she hand it to me very hard. Like she slammed the wet towel on my hand very hard. Yamilet said that in order to have my car clean professional I had to pay her $180. The $45 only includes normal vacuum, regular wash exterior and sip down windows in/out. I looked at her like lady Ive sent my car clean many times in different locations in Miami Ive never had a problem. Dirt is dirt. Im not asking to take away stains but if youre going to vacuum and charge me that amount, all I asked was to have my car vacuum the correct way. If I open my doors and instantly see dirt you didnt do a good job. I never asked for money back nor those were my intentions but just seeing her nasty attitude and Her unprofessionalism just got me mad. We work very hard just to give away money for service not done right and on top of that dealing with a very nasty attitude lady. I dont recommend anyone to bring their car here. Not only service is bad, but dealing with someone unprofessional with a very nasty attitude and walking back and forth yelling at you is a very bad reputation on someone so called owner and putting her face for this carwash. They charge you do the job quick and than get mad if theres any issue with the detailing. Horrible disgusting unprofessional. Lack of communication, lack of quality, lack of self behavior. The best car wash ever. The owner is super professional and kind, as all the employees are as well. I recommend this place with all my heart.
