Had a really good slick experience here. We needed to leave asap from the point of Sixt opening. The staff member was friendly and took into consideration how many bags we had, he upgraded us to a BMW X4 which was pretty much brand new and advised us to add on the toll package due to the route we were going into Orlando the tourist trap. All signed and ready to leave efficiently and collected the car with no delay. Definitely will look to book with Sixt again for future hires.

It's the worst experience I've ever had, don't rent cars with them, my car broke down and they gave me a worse one so I was stuck on 95 with my children, apart from the fact that they don't maintain their vehicles and they send you another one too. It is damaged. The first one had an engine belt about to burst and the one they gave me as a replacement had a damaged transmission. I really don't recommend them. I had the scare of my life alone with my children far from my house.
