Hertz Car Rental - Miami - Doral HLE

After booking a Yukon type SUV rental 2 weeks ago prepaid they gave me an Armada with cigarette smoke and cigarette damages on the seat. They could not do anything stating no cars available, yet the manager pulled up with a new Suburban. I cancelled the reservation and booked at another Hertz with the actual reservation i requested

It is honestly a very upsetting moment when you realize that you been insulted straight in the face & find out afterwards. MANUEL RODRGUEZ is the biggest scam bag this location has to offer. I needed a car for nearly 3 weeks & when renting a vehicle was advised I MUST get their insurance if my insurance isnt transferable. Was told by MANUEL If I dont get their insurance I CANNOT rent a car at all. So unfortunately I got it however come to find out that it was not mandatory. So do yourself a favor if you dont want it, you on your own but it isnt mandatory. MANUEL you are trash. I hope the company deals with you as you deserve. But I want to make sure corporate knows this individual is lying to customers to possibly get a commission check. I am demanding a refund with the company for this scam
