It is very sad how they treat patients. Had my appointment requested with 3 weeks in advance, and they called me 12h before my appointment to let me know I have a copayment of $1770 and had to pay 50% the day of the appointment. When I requested for help and different options to pay, their answer was: this is what it is and if you find it too expensive look for a different facility. I was willing to pay, but just needed some help with the payments. That was the only help "to look for a different center less expensive"

Horrible system in place. They make you jump through hoops and loops only to get an appointment. There is a million steps needed and multiple phone calls and waiting in line to be able to schedule an appointment or talk to someone. The doctors once you get the appointment are very knowledgeable and have good bedside manner. However, not sure if it is worth all the frustration that the system they have in place will bring you. When you go to the appointments you see so much staff but Im not sure they are being utilized efficiently. It shouldnt be that difficult to make an appointment and talk to someone. Its all a series of messages you leave and then wait to see when they call you back. Very frustrating.

I am really appreciative of Dr. Michael Raisch for performing my skin cancer surgery, he is a true professional and very caring person as well. His assistant, Luisa Patino APRN, was extremely professional and treated me very well and was very caring. They both went out of their way to make sure the surgery was a success.
