Very unprofessional!!!!!! Last year the Catalys service for my taxes was excellent, the person called me, I did it online and everything was super easy and fast... This year has been a disaster, from the beginning of April they contacted me until Today June 17, 2022, 4 different people have contacted me to do my taxes, they tell me an hour to call me and do it online with me and they never call and do not answer the phones the last two agents who contacted me were Manuel Villalobos in May 03 2022, he told me that he would call me the next day at 100pm, I waited for his call I never heard from him again I have left him since May 4, he never answered 17 messages, the second person is Alyssa Delgado, the first call was on May 22 the same story, tomorrow I'll call him at 2:00 pm to do the paperwork, he didn't call me either, I've left him 15 messages since then, they never bother to answer the calls. What kind of company is this? I am a 69-year-old retired person, I do not have money to pay to do my taxes like I used to do years ago when I paid $200.00 to an accountant to do my taxes. My social worker who is in the same building where Catalys is located has helped me get in touch so that they can call me, but it is useless to finish my taxes with these people who are so useless and disqualified to work in something that they do not comply with, I am going to take my complaint to Miami Dade to investigate this lack of professionalism, and lack of respect.
