    I took my pants to get altered here and they told me they would be ready on Monday. $18 for a simple hem and they make you pay beforehand. I showed up on Monday during my lunch break between 10:40-11 and no one was there. According to the sign and website they open at 10. A woman next door told me they wouldnt open until noon. I decided to come back the next day at noon to make sure they would be open. They were not open. I called and no one answered the phone until 12:30. The woman who answered told me they got there at 12:30 today. I explained the situation to her and she did not even have the courtesy to apologize. She said she was going to check if the pants were ready and call me back. She never called back. I showed up the day after and they all had a horrible attitude and did not apologize for the situation. The customer service here is horrible and the owner is a rude older woman. I will never be coming here again. Overpriced and Terrible customer service.

    My daughter purchased a shirt and was instructed by their staff on how to wear it. She only wore it twice before the fabric began to unravel. She went back to the store to get help as a shirt shouldn't rip after only two uses. She was told there was nothing they could do. No refund. No credit. No discount towards next purchase. The staff member made a point to emphasize that the fabric falling apart could only be a result of user error and there was no chance that the fabric could have been defective or weak which is obviously exactly what it was. My daughter will definitely not be shopping here again. This business is losing a repeat customer and the customers that are my family and friends that I bought to this store. If the owner or the person I spoke to today is reading this I highly suggest you critically think about how you treat your customers and learn how to accommodate to the needs of your repeat customers.

    I recently purchased a romper for my mom for Mothers Day. Unfortunately, it didnt fit her right. I asked her if I can return or get store credit and the store manager said that because I tried it on, they will not return or give you a store credit. She said this was due to COVID which is absolutely ridiculous, because every other store allows for returns or store credit. I asked her what they do when people try on the clothes at the store and she said we disinfect everything, so what is the difference. Based on CDC guidelines, COVID cannot be transmitted through clothes. Ive been shopping here and the laundry store for quite a well and will not be returning to neither.
