Boatsetter - Bayshore Boat Rentals

We very much enjoyed seeing Biscayne Bay. Our enthusiasm was replaced with disappointment when we saw amazing mansions, buildings, and skyline without any explanation of what they were or who might live there. We expected a narrated and guided tour for the top dollar we spent and the mandatory tipping for the captain, but the language barrier prevented us from a heightened experience. We resorted to google translate to relay basic safety messages to Sal. We were never even told where the life jackets were located. Great boat tours are created by educated, informative, knowledgeable, and fun captains who add value to the experience. It would have been be nice to be advised that this was the level of service we would receive.

Absolutely wonderful experience with Captain Dan ! Learning to drive the boat , doing donuts in the open water and learning about boating in general it was a memorable day! Thanks too to boatsetter academy who made it possible!

The captain was very knowledgeable and experienced. It's a great opportunity to actually get behind the wheel of a boat and steer on your own and learn the basics of boating. Definitely recommend for someone who is considering buying a boat but has little to no experience.
