ZERO STARS. For this to be the only Navy Fed location in all of Miami you gotta be kidding me this place sucks. Literally a whole in the wall I felt like I was standing in line at the DMV. Got called up and instantly the lady had an attitude. If you dont want to handle people then GET A DIFFERENT JOB. Most people who bank with Navy Fed are either a veteran or actively serving in some capacity, we dont deserve to be treated which such disregard, nor does any person. While standing in line I watched her treat every customer basically the same way. I wish I wouldve got her name so I could put it on here for everyone and her managers to see. This lady was sitting by the front door at the desk on April 1st 2024 in case the managers wanna know, fire this women or train her better on people skills, she makes your business look bad.

Ive been with Navy Federal for a while now, overall experience has been great in Georgia. I move to Florida and the nearest Navy Federal is 1 hour away in Miami. Do you guys plan on opening a branch close to Boca Raton?

The atm machine usually only works about half the time and has been like this for YEARS!. I try to make cash deposits then the atm won't take the cash which forces me to make a in person deposits which can take over 30 minutes. Furthermore, I once deposited almost $1700 in cash and the atm took the money but nothing appeared on my bank statements. I had to call the bank and it took them about a half day to fix their error.
