I requested a document on Jan 15, it is now Feb 17 and I have yet to see the document. When I went in to see if they can give me an estimated time they responded with a very rude attitude. I'm sorry but I need this document and I thought a month was sufficient time. I don't know why they have any number listed because whenever I would call it would be the same situation; the phone rings a few times, it goes to a voicemail that says that all of their agents are busy. They are always busy. Don't bother leaving a voicemail, they will not call you back. I've had this bank for almost ten years but I'm starting to think I need a new one.
Update it is now March 20 and I have still not received the letter. Great service!
