      image I went to look for a part for my car and the person who was helping me stopped because a friend of hers came in and I left. The next day I went to another store and asked for an estimate for the part, then I went to order it at the store on Flagler and 109 Av, when I arrived to pick up the product they told me that they don't have the spare part and they were going to give me my refund but They take away the cost of shipping a piece that never arrived at the store. I will never return to an Advance Autopart.

      image Bad attention, especially from the manager Johan who didn't let me go to the bathroom. He couldn't take it anymore and told me to go to the gas station because they don't let me go to the bathroom for fear of someone falling, that was the response.

      image Lazy staff..I asked them for help and not one person spoke english...one of the girls spilled her coffee at the computer..she wasn't helping anyone..there was a line at the first register about 5 people and the other register the woman helping noone..drinking coffee..I asked where I could find a product and she shunned me away...the other staff member told me isle 12 and didn't even listen to me...I found what I needed in another isle..this store is redictulas...than I asked for 6 ft of fuel hose and he bring me 4 and tried to sell for 6..I than held it to my body as he swore it was 6 ft and I told him I'm 5 11 and showed him it was about 4 foot...this store is ignorant...I don't know what the problem with this company is but I spend over 1000 a week I'm a commercial customer I'm very disappointed
