We went to Safelite on 8th St. and 27th Avenue yesterday (3/14/24) because my car had a crack on the windshield. They were attending to a customer and the rest were busy on the phone and did not even care to acknowledge that two customer (us) had walked in the room. After 10 - 15 waiting, we left without crossing a word with anyone. Back home, my husband found Shalom Auto Glass on the phone with excellent reviews. We called, provided our car information, were quoted a fair price and this morning the installer showed up, removed the windshield glass, and installed a new one, providing fast, efficient, excellent professional service at a fair price. We are very satisfied with their prompt, excellent service and highly recommend Shalom Auto Glass without hesitation.
