Hello my first time going to this location, and what an experience! The girl thats at the window today I didnt get her name is extremely rude and unprofessional. Did not Not provide me with any documents I paid or any receipt, so Im just letting you know very rude girl she should be fired. First time I have used this agency for a ticket that was given to my husband. Horrible experience, my husband has to pay $306.00 in court fees and also have to go to school. My husband had never had a ticket in the almost 9 years he had a license and he has not had a single accident either. I think the lawyer who represented my husband's case went to have coffee with the judge. I do not recommend the services of this agency because in the end you lose much more.
