        One of the worse branches of all time. There system is always down which closes the whole building. It is frustrating that they are temporarily closed. I don't know why they can't just fix the system issue.

        One of the worst td branches off all the ones I’ve been at. 6 people waiting and no personnel . One employee only, looking at the computer and the manager asking us to sit down and wait . One teller only and people starting to get mad . This is ridiculous and unacceptable. We are in the heart of north miami and there’s no personnel to expedite the processes .
